We only collect information you choose to share with us, plus basic technical data:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number, city/town, and the message you send us.
• Free safety checklist signup: your first name and email address, submitted to our email provider (MailerLite).
• Phone, text, and email inquiries: whatever you send when you get in touch.
• Lead forms on Meta (Facebook/Instagram): if you submit a lead form inside a Meta ad, Meta collects the info you enter and shares it with us.
• Automatic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar server/analytics data used to keep the site running and understand how it's used.

• Respond to your questions and schedule free in-home assessments.
• Send the Home Safety Checklist and occasional aging-in-place tips (you can unsubscribe any time).
• Improve our website, services, and marketing.
• Measure the performance of our ads.

We run ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and may run ads on Google in the future. These platforms may use cookies, pixels, or similar technology on this site to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on their platforms.

If you submit information through a Meta Lead Ad, that submission happens on Facebook or Instagram and is also governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

If you sign up for the free checklist, your first name and email are stored with MailerLite, our email provider. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at matt@homewardremodeling.com to be removed.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, for example, our email provider (MailerLite), our website hosting, and ad platforms (Meta, Google), and only as needed to provide the service you asked for or to measure our ads. We may also share information if required by law.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email.
• Opt out of personalized ads through your Meta ad settings and Google Ad Center.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we have about you by emailing matt@homewardremodeling.com.

This website is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.
